Each module has a specific valid period for CME / CNE points.

For module one (Navigating Urological Health: Understanding and Managing Common Conditions), the period for earning CME / CNE points is 21 July 2025 to 20 July 2026.Eligible healthcare professionals must watch all videos of a particular module, complete the quiz with an overall score higher than 50% (applicable for CME points only) of each video, and fill out an evaluation form for that particular video.

For those requiring CME points from The Hong Kong College of Family Physicians, the College advises members to submit individual application to the College.

Nurse participants are required to finish all videos within two months after registration. CNE points will be given after the end of module, i.e. after 20 July 2026.
A certificate of attendance will be issued upon completion of the following requirements: watching the entire video, completing the quiz, and submitting the evaluation form associated with that video. Eligible healthcare professionals can log in to download their certificate. It will be available within three months after fulfilling these requirements.

Please note that the certificate of attendance does not guarantee CME or CNE points.
